What the service is

Sponsored is a website and a set of smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. The site helps you launch tokens on par, a third-party launchpad, with their creator fees sent to an account on another platform, and it lets the holder of that account collect those fees. We do not issue, sell or promote any token, and we are not a party to any trade.

Your wallet, your transactions

Launches, registrations and trades are signed and sent by your own wallet. They are final once mined. You are responsible for what you launch, including its name, image and description, and for having the right to use them.

Naming someone

You may name any account as a token's fee recipient. Naming someone does not mean they endorse, created or are associated with the token, and you must not present it that way. Do not use a person's name or likeness to mislead buyers. We may hide tokens that do.

Payouts

A payout goes only to someone who signs in with the named account, or, for fomo, to the wallet fomo associates with that trader. Receiving a payout does not make anyone our customer or a promoter of the token. Anyone named can opt out.

Fees

We keep 20% of every claim; the creator receives the rest. par charges its own fees, described on par's site. Network fees for claims, conversions and withdrawals are paid by us.

No warranties

The site and contracts are provided as they are. The contracts are unaudited. Tokens can lose all their value. We are not liable for losses from trading, from smart contract failures, from third parties such as par, Uniswap or the platforms you sign in with, or from events outside our control.

Prohibited use

No unlawful use, market manipulation, impersonation, or use from places where the service is illegal. We may restrict access to enforce this.
