Disclosures

Draft for legal review.
Not an endorsement
A token paying someone's fees says nothing about whether that person knows of it, approves of it, or has anything to do with it. Most accounts named here were never asked. Do not buy a token because of whom it names.
Tokens are risky
Tokens launched on par have no intrinsic value and can go to zero. A token quoted in another token carries that token's risk too. Liquidity in par pools is locked by par, but prices move freely and there is no protection against bots.
Fee selling
Creator fees collected in a token are sold back into that token's pool to pay creators in dollars. This is selling pressure on the token.
Unaudited contracts
Neither Sponsored's contracts nor par's have been audited. Bugs could lose funds.
Trusted keys
Payouts rely on a server key that confirms who has signed in. If it were compromised, balances could be paid to the wrong address until the contracts are paused. See the docs for the full list of what is trusted.
Taxes
Money you receive may be taxable. Nothing on this site is tax, legal or financial advice.
No affiliation
Sponsored is not affiliated with X Corp, Spotify, Twitch, GitHub, fomo, Robinhood or par.
